Christmas is over, and we’re barreling at lightning speed towards the beginning of a brand new year. There’s something exciting about January 1st, and after the parties and gatherings are finished and the last drops of champagne have been dunk, you have a moment to sit back, take everything in, and start thinking about the fresh slate before you. A new year is an opportunity. It’s a chance for a new you, and that you can be anything you want it to be. A better you. A more motivated you. A healthier you. A happier you. A stronger you. A more patient you. An understanding you. The options are endless, and the success lies solely in your hands. This is what the new year offers us, this chance to improve ourselves and start again.
At our center, we’re excited about new year’s too, but before January hits and 2014 is left behind us, we’d like to take a moment to look back and appreciate the crazy year that’s coming to an end.
We feel great about 2014. For us it was a time of growth, a time of change, a time filled with several successes and failures. This year in the office we’ve laughed, this year we’ve cried, this year we’ve come together and shown support to patients and staff who needed it. This year we’ve learned, about ourselves and about the people around us. This year we’ve said goodbye to familiar faces and welcomed in new ones. This year we’ve accomplished what we seek to accomplish here at our center. This year we’ve positively impacted the lives of others. This year we’ve made ourselves proud.
There’s a lot of room for improvement, and we know that. But that’s what 2015 is for. As much as we’ve done in 2014, we’d like to do even more in the upcoming year. We want to keep growing, keep changing, keep helping, keep improving, and keep being a strong presence for our community. Look for that in 2015 from us, and if you have suggestions for how we can do that then please don’t hesitate to let us know! We’re always looking to be better, for ourselves but more importantly for you.
